Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available to you are displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Depending on your country, device and availability, the following payment methods may in particular be offered:
- credit and debit cards,
- PayPal,
- Apple Pay,
- Google Pay, and
- other payment methods available through Stripe.
Only payment methods that are actually available for your particular order will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping
Depending on the product, size of the order and destination country, orders are shipped either as a letter or as a parcel.
The shipping costs applicable to your specific order are displayed in the shopping cart or during checkout before you place your order.
Germany

Delivery time: approximately 2–4 business days
Letter shipping is used in particular for suitable small and flat products such as reload sets. Larger orders and participation sets are shipped as parcels.
Other European Union Countries
We currently do not offer shipping to other countries within the European Union.
Once shipping to additional EU countries is available again, the relevant countries and shipping costs will be added to the shop.
Worldwide Shipping Outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, including Switzerland, the following shipping costs currently apply:

Delivery time: approximately 7–20 business days
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and local delivery provider.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import VAT or other import charges.
These charges are not included in our shipping costs and, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, must be paid by the recipient to the relevant authorities or service providers.
Shipping Provider and Tracking
Parcels are generally shipped with DHL.
Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive a tracking number or a link to track your shipment after dispatch.
If you voluntarily consent during checkout to the transfer of your email address to DHL, DHL may additionally send you information about the expected delivery date and the current status of your shipment.
Information on Delivery Times
The stated delivery times begin upon conclusion of the contract or, where advance payment is required, upon receipt of payment.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Orders containing several items may be shipped together unless otherwise agreed.
